First of all, the safety of every member working for the DOD. Secondly, to provide a straightforward solution that can be adopted by a diverse goup of individuals.

The US Air Force had some serious issues with safety incident reporting. Their systems were all over the place, response times were super slow, and they didn’t have a clue what was going on in real time. It was like they were playing catch-up for 72 hours before anyone even knew what happened.
